Phai Vankham earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in 2004 from Smith College in Northampton, Mass. Before entering the legal recruiting field and becoming Research Manager at Pye Legal Group in 2007, she gained valuable experience working as a paralegal at a Dallas law firm. Phai further honed her research and organizational skills while employed as an administrative assistant at a municipal public works department and later at a real estate firm.
