Barbara R Rouse is currently managing our attorney and paralegal data base. A graduate of Smith College and the University of Virginia Law School, she was a commercial litigator and bankruptcy attorney with several San Francisco law firms prior to joining the in house counsel’s office at DHL Airways. Barbara is a member of the California and Illinois Bars. She is a longtime board member of the Northwestern University Settlement House where she serves on the Investment and Facilities committees.
