Ruth-Ann Sivers has more than 30 years of experience as a legal business manager, paralegal and legal recruiter for companies and prominent law firms. She has been an attorney recruiter since 2007, and she has developed a particular expertise in building in-house legal departments for energy, engineering and construction, chemical, real estate, pharmaceutical and financial services companies.

Ruth-Ann graduated with honors from the University of Michigan,  She loves to travel, domestically and internationally, and spend time with her family, especially her grandson.
